At the joint conference of the Section on Social Inequality and Social Structure Analysis and the Section on Social Policy (March 24-26, 2021 at the University of Bamberg), Philipp Kadelke will present the latest results of a qualitative content analysis of decisions by the Federal Court of Justice in tenancy law as part of the conference topic “Social Policy and Inequality in the Polycrisis”.
