“Lesezeit” research semester for Nicole Burzan

During the winter semester, Miriam Schad represents the professorship.

The Fritz Thyssen Foundation has granted Nicole Burzan a deputy professorship for the winter semester 2024/25 as part of the “Lesezeit” funding. In the coming months, she will be able to focus on her academic reading and writing after serving as (founding) Dean of the Faculty.

Miriam Schad is representing the professorship during the semester. We are delighted to have been able to recruit her with her focus on social inequalities, including a socio-ecological perspective.
